Our school is in Urla, the west of Turkey. The city is famous because of its natural and cultural beauty. There are 350 students in our school. Most students have socio-economic problems because they come from single-parent families or from low-income families. We have two kindergarten. Our school is separated into two parts: primary school and secondary school. Primary school has  four grades and secondary school has four grades ,too. Our students start school at the age of four and graduate fourteen. Our school starts at 7.30 to 18.00 . One of the supporter built our school without any help of the government. Because of these reason our school has lots of needs but thanks to the teachershelp the gym room and drawing room  have been made to improve our students'  abilities. The school participates in some wellness programs: "school milk", milk for children, "diet-friendly school program", workshops organized by school teachers, and doctors and psychologists for students and parents. civil defense studies are conducted. Our students learn English as a foreign language. Our students, we hope that their involvement in the project will allow them to recognize other cultures and develop foreign languages. By participating in this international project, students will gain more confidence and will be more motivated to learn English and gain practical experience in English communication.
